Enable Timer-Rounding

I suggest to give the user the option to make the timer round up the minutes to previously selected interval once I stop it. This is helpful because I do not charge by the minute but by the starting hour and I use TaskCoach mainly to collect the hours I have to bill my clients.

This is a GREAT feature and will save me a TON of time! Please add an option for rounding in 3 min. increments (because we bill in increments of 0.05 hours). Also, it would be great if TaskCoach could be set to always round UP to the nearest increment specified.

Indeed, this would be a great feature. Since we charge our customers by time rounded to 15 minutes, we have to do this manually. Thus, the button for effort-tracking (starting/stopping/pausing) can only be used limited, since we have to revise tracked time in the end.
