Add a status field (e.g., In Progress, Awaiting, Completed)
I think it'd be helpful to add a new Status field. Other task management tools have this. It would be nice to easily mark a task as "In Progress" or "Completed" or "Awaiting Feedback" or "Postponed" etc. It would be nice to then be able to sort/filter based on this field.

Release 0.77.0 allows for mutual exclusive subcategories so that you can create your own status field. Status can be changed using the right-click context menu (“Toggle category”).

I'm working on "mutual exclusive subcategories". That would allow you to create a category "Status" with subcategories "In progress", "Waiting", etc. that are mutually exclusive.

Doesn'T work, as a task can have multiple catagories and you wouldn'T want to mark a task "now" and "later" and "completed". Otherwise you would need additional clicks to disable the others - it's more a radio button.

Can be done by making a category 'Status' and some subcategories 'In Progress', 'Completed', 'Awaiting', ... For now, the toggling on and off is not quite handy. Would be nice if you could make subcategories some kind of unique, so that if you toggle one subcategory on, all other subcategories toggle off !
