  1. Option to choose which categories to sync

    Please add the ability to select which categories to sync or not between desktop and iPhone. I have some categories that are by definition obsolete but I want to keep the tasks in Task Coach on my desktop for future reference.

    I'm thinking about a section in iPhone preferences on the desktop version of Task Coach that shows a list of the categories along with checkboxes (much like the Category list in the main Task Coach window) and you could uncheck the box for a category and then the next time you sync the category and all it's tasks would…

  3. Auto sync with iPhone

    Currently you have to manually initiate a sync with an iPhone (which many people forget to do). How about being able to set the app to sync periodically according to some parameters such as:
    - at specific times during the day.
    - every X hours.
    - desktop initiates sync b4 closing app.

  4. Option to remove icons to fit more tasks on one screen

    At best you can see 8 tasks on the screen, currently. It would be nice to have the option to see more.

  5. Add effort details

    I'd like to be able to see the start and end times of the efforts associated with a task, as is possible in the desktop version.

  6. choose which computer to sync iPhone with, set that for future

    If there is more than one computer in the network running Task Coach, my iPhone Task Coach app initially asks me which computer that I would like to sync with. Thereafter, it will sync only with the last computer that it synced with, instead of offering me a choice.

    Probably the best way to deal with this would be to have an option in the settings for the iPhone task coach, to always sync with the last computer (if available), or to offer the choice (like it does now).

  7. Increase font size for task descriptions.

    The current font as displayed is hard to read on the tiny iPod screen.

  9. Need Notes support

    I know this is hard, but task coach is really an awesome tool and the tasks as well as the notes go hand in hand for me.

    I know adding the notes feature is hard. Would there be anyway to couple taskcoach notes with the iPhone notes to make it easier. I basically want an easy way to pop back and forth between tasks and notes when I'm in meetings. The desktop app is just awesome for doing this.
