I use your wonderful Task Coach [thank you for it!!!] in Linux Mint. I do not shutdown my pc each night, but instead Suspend it to RAM [with all my active programs & docs etc still open]. Each morning i then Resume/Wake it, to continue yesterday's activities. TC is one of my "constantly open" programs. Sometimes a few hours after the Wake, TC seems to work out that it's now a different day, & shows me any relevant Reminders. Unfortunately most of the time it does NOT do this, ie, does NOT generate the Reminders for me. I would like an enhancement where, ideally, TC would more aggressively check its own sense of current date & time against the pc clock/calendar, then update all my Tasks' timelines accordingly. Short of that ideal, pls provide a menu item & icon for me to manually refresh the view. Without either of these functions, i have no choice but to close & reopen TC. That's obviously easy, but very inelegant & rather inefficient / disruptive.
