Integrate with OTRS ticket system
OTRS (www.otrs.org) is a world wide used system to control Service Desk and with it able to control tickets, SLA and other things of support team , development team...
But it is web and I see the teamcouch like a basic client to it for the basic ticket control. Complementing information like time spend (effort) and synchronizing new tickets and closing tickets...

I don't know if this could give some differ perspective to how to do this...

This would be a substantial project, probably not realistic anytime soon. I appreciate greatly that OTRS is AGPL fully free/libre/open software, but the website is poorly designed enough that it is cognitively painful to figure out what is going on with it.
Obviously, if anyone wants to help us actually make such integration, that would be great.
