Backups are now (as of v. 1.4) always on anyway. We’re not going to make a limited schedule. There’s already backups being made automatically, and you can restore from a backup with File > manage backups

You can actually try using "Cloudbacko home" for taking backup of Dropbox. CloudBacko home supports backup of data to Dropbox. I am basically using this software from long time and really satisfied using this software. Leavin a link just check: http://www.cloudbacko.com/free-backup.jsp
