A simple ruler with dates and perhaps an option for a grid for the timeline's background would definitely help perceive the length and position in time of each bar on the Gantt graph. I agree to that. A simple ruler with dates and perhaps an option for a grid for the timeline's background would definitely help perceive the length and position in time of each bar on the Gantt graph.
