Provide the developement team with MSDN lisence of MS Project
I think if the development team had access to a current version of Microsoft Project, the team would get great ideas. If someone has an MSDN license, maybe someone could contact the developers and provide them a copy of Project 2007 or 2010.
I am sure there are legal issues here.

IANAL, but I think that looking at MS Project with the expressed intent of "getting great ideas" may amount to stealing intellectual property of Microsoft. Besides that, Task Coach is not meant to be a full-fledged project management tool.

What if someone with the license joined your team? MSDN is for developers. You just can't use it in production. After all, you test against Windows.
It was worth a shot.
