command to move subtask out from parent (and vice versa)
Now with drag and drop it is rather not working precisely or easily. There should be an easier command or icon to click to move a task out from a parent or into a parent.

There's a newer request for simply improving the drag behavior too:

I edited this to be a separate issue from existing requests.
There's already this:
http://taskcoach.uservoice.com/forums/26465-desktop-version-windows-linux-mac-of-task-coach/suggestions/1071023-add-priority-increase-decrease-buttons-to-toolbarThat's significant because there is no other current means for ordering events besides sorting, and priority is the way to get whatever custom sort you want. Also, the reason drag/drop isn't easy for changing order is because it isn't implemented yet as a feature at all.
Also, the idea of moving a task out from a parent is easy enough, but choosing what parent to put a task into is more complex.
