For me, a handy feature would be an extra field to put in billing information.
Keeping track of tasks that need to be billed is already possible, using either a subtask (“Send invoice for parent task”) or having a category of tasks that still need to be invoiced.

@Steven There is no build-in field for invoicing. The idea is that you use categories for this:
1. Create a new category and call it "To be invoiced".
2. Select the tasks that need to be invoiced and add them to the category "To be invoiced".
3. Check the checkbox of the "To be invoiced" category to see only the tasks belonging to that category.
4. When a task is invoiced, remove it from the category (right click it and toggle the "To be invoiced" category)Does that help? Cheers, Frank

Hi Frank
I tried the sub-task route but can't find and field marked for invoicing. Could you please explain the process to me?
Dankie

What do you mean by "billing information"?
