Get the path of your folder by pressing Shift+Right Mousebutton on the folder. Choose something like "Copy as Path" (not sure about the right term. I'm not using Windows on English language).
In TaskCoach open your task, choose "Attachments", "New Attachment" and insert the path to "place". Close the "New attachment" window.
You can now open the folder by clicking on the "Open Attachment" button in the "Attachments"
