At the bottom the summary of time.
Then filter would be great.
Quick filter (today, last day, this week, last ... month + year)
Filter by time range (calender like e.g. google analytics)
Filter by category (I have a category for each team member, one for programming, one for meetings ...)
Export as CSV, Excel or Open Document table sheet would be great für individual purposes!
