    Если уж реализована идея взаимозависимости задач, то бесценной была бы функция, когда изменяя дату условной задачи автоматически изменяется даты и время зависимых. Можно добавить жесткости или мягкости изменения. Это резко увеличило бы кол-во пользователей.

  3. Sorting should be achieved on more than one columns.

    Other than priority, there are cases when time left is also important, not achievable currently as it sorts on one column only.

  4. Pasting of text directly into the interface - it would be nice if I could simply paste text into the interface and for each line of text to

    It would be nice if I could simply paste text into the interface and for each line of text to represent a different task. I am able to do this in tools such as ListPro

  9. may copy default task to edit new task OR default task Save as... for new task.

    I think, usefull will copy default task to edit new task OR default task Save as... for new task. For example, from default task I making 2 parallel task in the diferent category

  11. To the right of the main tool bar place a short list of buttons representing the most recently tracked tasks for quick context switching.

    I usually track back and forth among only a few different tasks on a daily basis. Some of these tasks are buried fairly deep in the task tree and digging for them disrupts my train of thought. If in most cases task switching were a simple button click away I think both productivity and time tracking accuracy would improve.

  13. due color

    Hi. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue/concern, but in Windows 7 64-bit, when a task reaches its due date/time, it doesn't change colors. I have to exit out of the program and log back in for the due tasks to change color. It would be nice if tasks would automatically change color (eg from black to red) when they become due.

    Thanks for the comment, but this is not a feature request. I’ve been working hard to sort everything, and I understand that this isn’t an obvious issue, how to post this…

    I just recently already added a bug report about the sluggishness and some improvements have ALREADY been made and are available in the latest bugfix release:

  15. Make TC scriptable

    I think a good way to improve the potentiality of task coach is to allow users load their own scripts, i.e. in Python.
    I needed this functionality when I wished to use some time management tecniques ("Pomodoro" or "Bear" systems) and when I wished to export data to my favorite email client or to my mind-manager program.
    Why bother you to integrate a very specific functionality when you can use a generic one (scripting capability) and delegate other developers for specific issues?

  20. Couple of thoughts...

    I've just started using this product and really like it. I have the following initial thoughts:

    1. Allow for drag and drop of sub-tasks to move them under other tasks or to change their level in the hierarchy.

    2. Allow those of us who do not want to use the progression tracking features of this program to turn them off. They just get in the way. Same goes for Prerequesites / Dependencies.

    3. When entering dates (i.e., Due Dates) allow for entering just a date and not a time.

    4. Allow for tasks to be treated as all day tasks and display them clearly…

    Please make separate feature requests for distinct ideas. Otherwise, how will people reasonably vote to support your suggestions?

    Re: these,
    1. This is already the case. Drop any task on another and it becomes a subtask to it. Drag it to the bottom of the screen where there is no other task and it will move to the highest level (you may need to filter or search so that there is some white space). You can alternatively use copy and paste or “paste as subitem” commands. Basically this is complete.
