An error occurred while saving the comment ZW4020 commentedI think the portable version of Task Coach on folders on various computers synced with SugarSync has all advantages of remember the milk, which is a very good online task manager, but is not so well structured than Task Coach. The main advantage of RTM is the Web-Syncronizing of tasks, a feature which you also can get with Task Coach combined with SugarSync:
Since Oct.2010 SugarSync has enlarged the free storage to 5 GB at the beginning and you can sync an unlimited number of devices (instead of max.2 until Oct.2010)
You can download and registrate SugarSync with these improved conditions from http://bit.ly/bxgp6f or http://2.ly/d7pr .
The useful features of SugarSync for all persons, who prefer to use portable apps, you see on http://www.sugarsync.com/products/ . -

An error occurred while saving the comment ZW4020 commentedThe idea of a version of "Task Coach" for "Windows Mobile" was nominated several times. The chance of being implemented should be greatest when the votes are distributed not to all of these suggestions, but focused on the proposal, which has by far the most votes: http://is.gd/j29bj0 (246 votes on 2011-0419). An error occurred while saving the comment ZW4020 commentedI use Task Coach on a DropBox-synced folder in my job and at home.
2 Task-backups-folders should be definable, which should be dependent on the computer name. If only one folder for backups can be specified, it would be useful too, e.g. C:\Temp\TaskCoach. But the max. number of Backed up task-files must be configurable, e.g. 4, default 5.
I would like an import feature for Task Coach to import tasks from an outlook-pst-file to Task Coach
