Thaks for the response, You're right, I can turn auto resize on/off in the pull down menu and I can click-and-drag to change column widths in the viewer, but none of this seems to translate over to printing. To clarify my problem ... It appears that column resizing is not shut off in printing and it does not seem to increase column width for all cells but forces text wrap for the longest text string(s). Or maybe there is a fixed maximum width. Sub tasks indent from the left margin. When the text string exceeds the allowable colum width it wraps down to the next line but this second line starts at the far left margin rather than starting at the same indent position as the beginning of the text string. I hope this helps.
